Board Game Arena

I was wondering if anyone had any insight as to whether it is admissible to share what cards you are holding with other players. The official ruleset of BDR doesn't explicitly state that card information can't be shared. It seems intuitive that good gameplay would require communication of held cards. I was unable to find any rules clarification or FAQs on the game publisher's website.
