When you use an action space that is flipped between rounds 1-8 (i.e. Fencing, Sheep, Growth, Reno, etc.) you put a food from the general supply on Bean Counter. When Bean Counter has 3 food on it they get moved to your supply. Quite underwhelming, you're not missing much.
