As the rules say, it is possible to keep Cards already in hand for next Round ?

We only need to draw Cards up to have 5 Cards in hand at the beginning of a new Round.

Let's suppose I have 2 Cards in hand that I want to keep for next Round.
The actual implementation suffle all the whole hand + the zone of play.

Not sure if I understand your question right, but when I have cards remaining that are not fear cards I'm always asked to select which cards to keep, or did that change recently?

Are you probably having only fear cards left in your hands?

You can keep your cards at the end of a round by simply not playing them and pass. After everyone has passed, you’ll be asked if you want to keep or discard them. Then you’ll draw to have 5 cards in hand.
