Board Game Arena

So I may have been a little cantankerous in the past, but once warned, I brought my ELO back up and have been a model citizen since. Today I get another warning that 10% of players don't like playing with me for being "too aggressive or insulting" in chats. How is this working exactly? Do you keep all the red thumbs from before and then one more kicks me down 40% again, after building it all the way back to 100? That is just bogus. If a player builds their rep back up, one red thumb should not send them 40% down again. I got this today on a game where I said absolutely nothing insulting. It is very frustrating because now it keeps many players from wanting to play with me. This needs to be fixed.
