Board Game Arena

I can't seem to pay my harvest automatically when playing turn based Agricola.
I have that option selected in the settings menu.
It will not pay out even when I have no special exchanges to take.
I know it is not a bug because I see everyone else paying their harvest automatically in 2,3 and 4 player games.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for raising this. A little while ago, we received a complaint that the game wouldn't interrupt the feeding phase for cards like Muddy Puddles, occasionally resulting in players automatically receiving beggars despite the ability to buy and then cook animals.

To combat this, we made the game a little less strict about automatic payments to give the users a chance to use cards like this, but it's possible that we've accidentally gone overboard and introduced more prompts than necessary. I'll look into it when I have time - until then, sorry for the inconvenience.

I now find that the occurence is intermittent, so that fits in with your explanation.
This issue is not a big one in the scheme of things.
