Has anyone gotten everyone to 0 dice with Shrink Ray?

I was playing with Shrink Ray (anyone hit has one less dice, and the dice can be regained by using a heart), and I was wondering if anyone's gotten everyone to 0 dice with it.

Yes, I have, but by then you're just delaying the end of the game mostly by experimenting.

The opponent literally rolled 0 dice and 0 dice resolved. The player did require to manually still "roll".

The game was completely dominated by me by an unlimited source of Energy(Alien Origin+Metamorph+Alien Origin+Friend of Children) and I purposely kept the opponent alive with Healing Ray.
