Hello,

I initially tried to create a studio account just right before Covid started and was thus interrupted. I have since tried repeatedly to verify that my registration is complete, but I am constantly hit with "unauthorized" errors. I've emailed the studio@boardgamearena.com email and haven't gotten a response.

If I click on the initial studio email to verify my email address, I get a message that I have already verified my email. I can find no signs of the welcome email with the 10 user accounts, etc. If I click the link for "Missing your welcome email?" and enter my email address (a gmail account), I get this error:

Unexpected error: BGA service error (reference: GS0 21/08 01:09:07)

If I go to the control panel and try to create a studio project (either associated to a game in the BGG database or using 0 for an "other" game), I get this error message:

I am about to try and just start over with a new account/email address since something must have gotten screwed up since I started the process so long ago. Any suggestions or help out there?

PS. I would like to implement Paint the Roses. I see it's licensed, someone started something, but that it is currently stopped. I've got a pretty good map of what I want the game state machine to be and am just excited to have the game available since I have an out of state friend I really, really want to play the game with.

I'm fairly sure that you can't see the list of licences or the studio control panel page without being logged into your studio account so the latter must be working in some fashion.
Have you perhaps tried just playing a game in studio - perhaps choose one that's been released because it's more likely to start correctly.

I do have an account in that I am able to log in to studio.boardgamearena.com and I can verify it's a different account than the main site as it has the different stats on my profile page. I just tried to create a solo game of Rubik's Cube and got the error message:
