I don't understand how to end my turn in Kingdoms

I was challenged, and the tutorial says, "Select your attack card and click on the table to play it". I selected my card, clicked on the table, but now don't know how to end my turn. There doesn't seem to be an obvious button.

Any suggestions?

Hi Tom,

You placed your card in your kingdom, rather than "on the table". You are bidding for the card in the middle of the table. Select the card that you want to bid with, then click on the middle of the table.

If you want to bid with the card that you accidentally put in your kingdom, then click on that card, move it back to your hand by clicking in the hand area, then select it and click on the middle of the table.
