Can't buy Green card

Hello
I can't buy green card in this picture - is it a bug or a rule I don't know?

It's likely you've already got a University. You can't buy two of the same type of building. The same probably goes for that blue card which you also have the resources for.

Ok, thanks - was not aware some cards are doubled. Strange by the way since You should get string of the same symbols but from different cards ...

Cards that have the
same effect AND the
same cost always have the
same name.
In particular for Green cards, there are 4 different tablets (and 4 different cogs, and 4 different compasses). At 3 players, there is exactly one exemplary of each, but as the number of player increases, you get duplicates of each.
