Board Game Arena

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem. Two weeks ago I have shown the boardgamearena to my girlfrend at her place on my laptop. Today we were planning to play together, so she have made an account. System said that we need premium since we are on the same place, however we were hundreds of kilometers away from each other.

Do you think I should report this as a bug? What could I do?
