According to the rules, if playing a 3-player game, each of the non-guessing players gives 2 clues.

Tonight when we played with 4 players, each of the non-guessing players gave 2 clues. Isn't that a bug?

I believe this is intentional and implemented with the approval of the publisher, so more like a feature than a bug.

It's intentional and was asked to be added by publisher. This is per new rules provided by them
