How did I add a BGA link directly to Windows desktop? Migrating PCs

Somehow on the site I was able earlier to get BGA to create a standalone link to itself right on my desktop, a mini version of Chrome that runs BGA and only BGA. It's a great shortcut. But I am migrating PCs and can't find wherever it was in the interface that let met do that before. Does anyone know which option or thing I'm missing?

Probably, you opened BGA in your browser, selected the address, dragged and dropped the URL on your desktop. That creates a shortcut.

Could it be the Android app?
