Ca veut dire quoi ? qu'est ce que ca implique ?

It only means you are among the players who played most Reversi games in the last 30 days or so. For some unpopular games it might happen after your play a single game!
The only consequence is that now you are allowed to propose and vote format changes for the next Arena season (even if you may not be interested in Arena or be allowed to play in Arena at all).
