I'm wondering whether Basket should be able to be used immediately when built via Equipper? They both have the same qualifying text "immediately after each time you use a [wood] accumulation space".

This game has so many edge cases, especially now with the expanded pool of available hand cards.

1. played the occupation "equipper" (after wood accumul., you can play a minor improvement)

2. played minor improvement "blueprint" (Joinery, Pottery, and Basketry can be played even when taking a Minor Improvement action)

I took wood accumulation ("Grove") and expect that I can then take one of Joinery, Pottery, and Basketry.

But my expectations were not met. I could only play a minor imp. from the cards in my hand.

Is this an error?

It's not an error. There is a difference between a literal quoted action, which mimics an action from an action space (as described in the rulebook appendix) and a benefit that isn't a specific quoted action.
