Is there any specific provision for hosting rules, turorials and on on? The game page has
a place for links, which I think is a great idea, but where to link to, and what methodologies
are available to develop and host content?

I would like to add some more information on this.

Adding information about the game is done only on boardgamearena.com, not on the studio (as it wouldn't migrate automatically).
Usually we reference relevant information just before opening the game, such as:
- link to the game page on BGG
- link to the game page on Tric Trac (French website about games)
- link to the game page on the website of the publisher (if any)
- link to the rules in English and/or French (if available)
- link to a video review in English and/or French (if available)
After that, players can also suggest some other links, that need validation to show on the page.

Also, on the game description page, the 'how to play' section is from a wiki that any user can edit. After the game has been opened, you can edit it as you like to give a summary of the rules and/or tell players about variants and specifics of your implementation.
Other players can translate it in their languages, as there is a wiki setup for each language on BGA. By default, if there is no text for a specific language, English text is shown.
The content used in this wiki should be original (no copy/paste from another website). Existing information should be referenced only by links, either on the game page or in the wiki text.

Hope this gives a better picture about the possibilities to organize content surrounding a game.
