Possible bug

I looked all over BGA but I don't see where to report bugs. I think there is a bug with Olympia card (day). The stage 2 wonder ability to construct for free the first card of each color does not appear to work.

You looked over all BGA and didn't see the "Bugs" section in the Forum? Or the "Report a bug, or make a suggestion" tile in Community? Or the "Report a bug" link in the footer of every BGA page?
