How to see highest ELO in a game?

Is there a way to see who has the highest ELO rankings in a game?
For instance, this gets close:
https://boardgamearena.com/award?game=11&award=29
But even in this example, I don't know how to switch to another game.

You can simply go to the game page and then in the ranking panel click on "Current Season" (in the top right) and toggle it to "All-time"

"All time" actually means "those who have played at least one game in the last 2 months or so".

True
Although a true "all time" figure might actually be misleading, since the K values for ELO appear to have been much higher in the early days of BGA than they are today.
