SEA, SALT & PAPER: Seasoned origamis!

It's so simple you can't be salty.

Sea, Salt and Paper is an abstract family card game about set collection, take that, and hand management.
Draw cards from the deck or the discard piles in order to make sets of cards that are either played in order to activate effects or kept in hand for points later. After a a certain threshold of points is met, the game is over, and the person with the most points will be the winner!

But do you think you are the one with the most points in hand?
You will have to choose: stop the round immediately or give the others an extra turn to try to extend the gap? Is it worth taking the risk?
You can play it with 2 to 4 players, and a game lasts about 30 minutes.

It will take time to learn the effects and different combos, and it will require a few plays to realise how deep the game is.
Give it a chance, it is probably worth a try for you, especially if you love games like Sushi Go.

There is no reason to pass on it, as we also provide a nice tutorial for you to learn it. Check it out here: here.
We would like to thank the Bombyx Team, as well as Bruno Cathala & Théo Rivière, the game designers, for bring this compact card-game to Board Game Arena.
The game has been developed by thoun, and this one has been ported brilliantly for all to play, so we would like to thank him for the work done here, again.

That's it for today!
Next week: You won't believe what we've prepared for you ;) (if you're kind enough). Can you guess which game will join BGA ?
Until then, take care and play fair!
Choooo chooooo....

How about Bang! The Dice game? That one is much better than the card game :)

Countdown confirm timers! Ah....What is the purpose of these? To make people feel anxious and pressured?

Can I have an option for just a standard confirm button. Currently the option is 'no confirm' or the stupid timer confirm.

When there is a timer, it means you can only end your turn, so no pressure here ;) this step is here so you opponent don't know you can only do this, but for you it's just click "end turn" or wait for the timer, and the result will be the same.
