Question about Patch Caregiver

I interpret "This card is a field" to mean it counts as a field for scoring. Is that not the case?
In this game (
https://boardgamearena.com/9/agricola?table=297711643), it looks like I didn't get any points for Patch Caregiver. The scorecard says I got 2 points for the 3 field tiles on my farm, but I thought I would get 3 points with Patch Caregiver counting as a fourth field. Am I misunderstanding the card/the scoring? Or is this possibly a bug? I didn't see any clarification in the forums or the compendium, and I want to double check before annoying the developers.

In the Appendix of the Revised Edition it says on Pg 11:
"(You only score your field tiles, not the total of your fields—some cards identify themselves as
fields, but they do not count as field tiles.)"

My interpretation is it's a field for the sake of sowing, but as it's not an actual field on your farm it won't count for your score. Lettuce Patch, Beanfield and Wood Field all operate the same way.

Perfect, thank you. That clears everything up.
Turns out I should have read the "Common Points of Confusion for Original Edition Players" section. Because I was familiar with them already, I hadn't noticed that now bean field and lettuce patch proclaim themselves fields as well.

Does Patch Caregiver count towards both the Occ and Field prerequisites of Cesspit?
