Time Joker not working

A couple days ago I used a time joker to extend my play time in all my turn based tables by 4 days.
It looks like it didn’t apply to all my tables, as, to my surprise, I was kicked from this table for not playing in the allotted time: https://boardgamearena.com/table?table=297523525
I was playing this table before using the joker and I certainly did not take more than 4 days to play after my last move, before I got kicked from the table.
I reported ir as a bug, but I’m given the impression bugs can take weeks or months before the support people look at them.
Has anyone else experienced this recently?
