Board Game Arena

Why is it that during a turn-based game you can only expel someone out of time when it's their turn? It seems that you should be able to expel that player whenever you log in and see they are out of time.

Why should differ from the way it's done in real time games?

Also, I imagine the code for handling this is shared between real time and turn-based games and they see no need to make a special case for turn-based when all you have to do is make a move and then expel the player.
