When I click play now, and goes for me to accept it or not it says I have quit the game, does that give me demerits? As I play most games and have only lost the game twice because of my internet and twice because I had to go all of a sudden. I can't seem to get above negative. So I am wondering whether there is an error. I always will click accept but sometimes doesn't even give you time to click accept and says I quit. Please let me know why this is happening, thank you

Your internet connection is your responsibility. It may not be your fault directly, but you still have to make sure it does not bother other player. Seemingly they always expelled you when you went over your allotted time.

If you cannot make moves on time, you should play turnbased games instead.
