I hope the names are correct, in french it is <Rayon de Glace> and <Reacteurs>
I have Reactors and my opponent has Ice Ray.
I am in Tokyo and he hits me.
I leave Tokyo so I do not loose any life and, for me, he does not hurt me so he should not be able to give me the Ice Ray, no ?
Because he did...
Am I wrong or not ?
