I have read the rules but I don't understand how are calculated in BGA, seems like points are added 2 times.

BGA use exactly the rules of the game there shouldn't be any difference (and I would already have a lot of bug reports if there was one)

There’s two scores. One for the length of the train you just placed. This is the score than happens during the game.

The second, at the end, gives/takes points for completed/incomplete routes.
