As far as I'm aware, BGA does not let developers

have the elo calculations account for handicap.
Accordingly, when I give handicap, I use Training Mode to have the games be non-rated.
At least by default, this also completely removes both players' clocks. Although there are
certainly cases where I want that too, for me that is most often an undesirable side-effect.
Is there a way to have a game be non-rated while still letting players see their clocks, so they at least know
if they are using what would normally be too much time even though there are no penalties for doing so?
