Missing player (rainbow125)

Does anyone know what happened to player rainbow125? I used to play a lot with them over the last month or two and they were, as of yesterday morning, #1 in the arena rankings for P.I. Then suddenly they weren't and I can't find them anywhere in the arena table. Were they removed from the arena or something? And if so why?
Is there any way of finding out who initiated the closure? i.e. did they choose to leave or were they banned for some nefarious reason?
