Noob here...sorry if this as been already answered, but is the priest for 1 pt on a cult track option broken? It says it will return your priest back to your supply, but the next round, the priest does NOT in fact return to my supply.

Is this WAI or am I missing a rule?

it's returned to your supply immediately.

Keep in mind your "supply" is different than your resources. At the beginning of the game, your supply is 7 priests and 3 bridges, which is shown in the BGA interface below your player board. Your priests can be gained from your supply into your available resources by round income, the second power action, power conversions, or bonus tiles
