Probably not the only player like this. But this is like very annoying for the community.
Calling out a player in the forum is not allowed. They already got a karma penalty and you can red thumb them so you won't play them again. Unless they said something inappropriate in chat there is no further action to be taken.
Just trying to help you avoid moderation.
