Board Game Arena

Both of my in-progress games of Dice Hospital ER get 500 errors when trying to load this morning. I see from a comment from the developer that an update was applied to the game recently. Since I'm getting a 500 error, I can't even get to an interface where I can quit the game. I submitted a bug report, but wanted to post here as well to try to get a note to the developer or BGA staff.

IMHO you have posted in the wrong section of the forums. Here developers ask each other questions about the game they are adapting.

I get that you're trying to get visibility to your situation, but you would gain more visibility by posting a comment on the update post, saying that since the update you can't access your game. Also, adding the bug report URL will help other players upvote the bug report giving it visibility to the dev. Be also aware that devs are notified when a new bug report is opened, so the dev might not be available right now to fix the issue. We all have lives that may prevent us to spend all the time people would want us to spend on fixing bugs.

Another way to get visibility would be to post in the game's forum, instead of posting in the devs forums.

This is about an alpha game. It's normal, and to be expected, that alpha games can sometimes be broken.

Ok my bad i deployed to quickly a patch of fixes. It should work now.
