Please tell me where you can find out the number of tiles in the game and add-ons.

I believe they mean all the expansion sets.

I just noticed that the game on BGA does not follow exactly this repartition.
For example, the 3 city border + road border without shield (extra pts) does NOT appear on BGA (no extension) while it is marked as 1 occurence on rulebook and other links you refereed.

Is it something known ?
