Conceding a rated game

If I concede a 5-player rated game, does that damage my karma? And how much does it harm my rating? (I'm specifically referring to Caylus here) I don't know if my rating would take a massive beating compared to finishing out the game, and if things like my place and score are calculated for rating changes if the game finishes normally.

Conceding is what you may do in a two-player game when it has reached at least 50% progression which can be done with no loss to karma and the same loss to rating as if you had finished. Consider it like resigning in chess.
You can't "concede" a 5-player game (it may show that link, but it won't let you actually do it). You can quit, but If you quit the game it does damage your karma and your rating drops as if you had lost to every other player regardless of whether you were ahead of someone when you quit.
