This is an official variant, so should be added to BGA eventually.

Every card of each revised deck plus the expansions for 5/6 players and Farmers of the Moor are also official, but they sadly won't come any time soon, if at all...

You are confusing necessary condition with sufficient conditions.
In order for a variant/expansion to be added, it must be official or approches by publisher.
However, the fact that it's official imply nothing. The publisher might very well never grant the license. Or no dev might be found to add it.
So don't expect any such expansion for Agricola any time soon
