I am not sure what do you mean by decks.
There are expansions sold on clashofdecks.com.
Or do you mean that you want to create decks from all the available cards?

If you want theory about the game, I recommend Léandre explanations on Youtube, but it is in French. Maybe you may see with automatic subtitles.
