Dear BGA Studio developers,
You may have seen (ex: viewtopic.php?t=26789) that we are working on a new way to start games on BGA ("lobby").
At this occasion, we would like to make game options more visible and more easy to use, so players can use them more. You care about adding nice options, expansions and preferences for the games you develop, so we care about making sure they are seen and played.
The new lobby gives you the possibility to give a hierarchy to your options:
- you can set one option as MAJOR. It will be way more visible, with a new possibility to associate images to values.
- you can set some options as ADDITIONAL. It will clarify the list of options by putting minor/advanced options one click further, with simpler choices for the majority of players that will not use them.
We will also use Checkboxes for on/off options, to make them easy to use.
You can enable this right now, just by doing minor adjustment to your gameoptions.inc.php file. All details are described:

Thus, your game will be ready as soon as the new lobby will be online.
