Allow a player to block playing with another player

There are people who just down right cheat in games. It would be nice to be able to block said people as not have to sit through entire game with them ever again.

What you are looking for is red thumb.
Just go on the profile of the person you do not want to play with and in the section Reputation you can red thumb this person.
