Any chance you can bring this card building game that was played on xbox360, also a version on ps2 was out. I would put in time to help bring this to bga.

It seems there was never a physical boardgame version made. How is someone supposed to develop it? Do you have a rulebook?

I found new information that could help make this a reality. Please look at the links for how the game is played. What can I do to help in the process?
*moderators removed links to Google docs.

The best way to help is to visit studio.boardgamearena.com and learn how to add the game yourself.
Outside of that, odds are no other developer will pick it up. There are precious few developers and all of them already have favorite games that they're already interested in or projects they are already working on, sometimes even working as freelancers for publishers.

Ok thanks for the info, but if a developer were to pick it up, is there somewhere I could recruit or ask for help?

If you're serious about recruiting, I guess you could try
https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=12
But if you're just asking a volunteer to develop your favourite game, don't bother, you could get moderated.

It means getting a penalty from site moderators for violating a code of conduct.

Right. If you're just asking for a volunteer to pick up a game you want to see on BGA, the appropriate place is to post here:
https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1040
If you are a publisher or developer and/or looking to pay someone to implement it for you, then it's an appropriate request for the developer forum. Otherwise, it's just spam. You'll see that earlier thread has 203 PAGES of suggestions. The developer forum would become utterly useless if each post of each page became its own developer post.
