Italian Royal Army rule not in place

I just played in Arena mode the scenario Hellfire Pass and the Italian Royal Army rule "Start with 6 commands cards; dicard one for each unit lost, but never go bellow 3" it is NOT working.

Because it's not italian Royal command (mixed force of german and Italian) , so only the artillery and retreat rules apply here

Yep, nothing wrong here, as in all the official scenarios that have been tested for several months now. Please re-re-read the rules before creating any bug reports for these, i am just getting a lot of "notabug" reports lately.

You are all right, nevertheless I think it could be a good idea that in those cases where a rule doesn't apply to take it out from the reference card of the scenario. It's just a suggestion to help non-expert players that can get confussed. Probably it's not that easy to do it.

The problem is that the official summary cards contains both, so we dont have an easy way to display one part of that card.
