Board Game Arena

This message keeps popping up over and over in the general messages for me. "Disconnected from game server". When I go to play a game, I have to refresh after every turn. I'm clearly connected to the internet. Anyone have any suggestions?

How long has it been happening for? Are you on your phone or PC? Have you tried a different browser?

Although this is likely not the answer, it should be noted that the server resets daily at midnight Pacific Time (4 hours earlier than this post) which causes these messages to appear for everyone for a few seconds.

I am on PC. It has only just started happening when I'm on my work internet. I have tried different browsers but it all does the same thing. Do you have any other advice?

I'm assuming BGA works fine at home for you? If so we can probably conclude it's something to do with the work's internet. Whether it's blocking connection to BGA, I'm not sure. I would follow the steps on the support page.

ich spiele momentan mit google chrome 109 die beta version. ich habe alle anderen gängigsten browser ausprobiert. Tablet auf Werkeinstellung zurückgesetzt und neu aufgesetzt. Alles nichts geholfen.Auch jetzt nicht nach neuen Server. Ich spiele aber auf jetzt spielen da mir das neue mit den vielen Farben in den Augen weh tut und das ist es mir nicht wert. Also spiele ich gar nicht zur zeit.

I've been having this problem, too, since BGA told me to update Chrome a few days ago. Not just the "disconnect" message, but everything is sluggish now. I click a card to play and it take, maybe, 3-5 seconds before it plays.

Ha! And I had to post that last message twice, because the first time I tried I got a blank screen with a Network Error at the bottom.
