we are 4 ppl, 2 couples. Each couple lives in one household, thus shares one IP. If one of us becomes Premium user, can all of us play Friend games? Can the other couple, where neither of them has Premium, play from one IP? Thanks.

Yes. When at least one player is premium, the "no players from the same IP" restriction is removed from the entire table.
