Guys this happened to anyone else? It has made playing here unbearable.
80% seems like a lot...
over how many games?

depending on how and against whom you play the host can assure , more or less starting 75% of the games.
rematching always when he got second and rehosting if he was first.

rechecked the last 10 games and it really was 8 out of 10 
I could also suggest to play a version of the game, where it does not matter whether you are first or second

Just watched a game of yours where you played 2nd yet again but got 4 progress tokens including Math, earning you a huge 12pt bonus in the end which helped because you won by less than 12pts notwithstanding you told your opponent "I destroyed you" after it came down to points. #326182408
I'll assume you were joking with this opponent and that you all are secretly great friends in real life since you told them "play faster, dumb@ss" when their clock hit negative. Odd that your opponent never chatted with you once though.
If you want, I'll play you and I'll go second just to help your average out.

From my experience there is luck in nearly every game. The people who complain about bad luck rarely improve. Ignore it and focus on what you can control, like the decisions you make in game. If you make mistakes then luck is not the reason you are losing.
