All games have suddenly stopped allowing us to take unlimited time to play with friends. We don't want to play in training mode. Bring back unlimited time with friends!

The change was intentional and thought about for a long time: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... 20#p128820.

As they suggest, you can play with friends in turn-based games set at one move per two days. If you were playing real time and finishing games in one day, then this is effectively the same thing as unlimited time.
