My City Game Disappeared :(

Hello,
My family and I were playing a campaign for My City and it seems it just abruptly ended for some reason at game 18 of 24. We were in the screen waiting for one of the players to put one of their stickers on. I would really like to recover this game series if possible but can't find where you contact support.
We had it on no time limit play and it seems that has been changed and is bugging out in some place. We have ran into issues with games disappearing when being set to no limit recently.
