Choose easy level, and choose the office job. That gives you 6 stealth tokens and only 2 floors. We jumped in at the defaults with normal level and the bank job and we failed miserably.

4 players has an hard early game too, so that didn't helped

I've reviewed both your normal difficulty bank job and office job and your team made a lot of mistakes.

- Playing with 4 people who I assume hadn't played before then isn't great, even 4 experienced players is tough.
- You opened the safe way too early in both games which resulted in the guard moving an extra space per turn, couple that with 4 players and that's 12 tiles before you get back to your turn again.
- On the office game the raven wasn't being used correctly which resulted in the guard moving more than it should.
- Hiding in the foyer when a guard is likely to pass next to it is a recipe for disaster, worse still more people came up to the second floor only making the situation worse.
- At the first bank job game the rook sat in the worst possible place. If it was another player there then the rook could have used it's ability to help.
