Question whose answer I can't find in the FAQ.

I have three games going with a friend who had a massive heart attack last week, and is definitely not going to be up to playing games any time soon, if he makes it at all. One of them is a no-time-limit game. Is there any way to have our games removed? If he doesn't make it, I'm not going to enjoy having that game staring me in the face for years to come on my games-in-progress list.

First, let me say that I hope your friend pulls through and recovers.
All games (even ones with no time limit) get removed after a certain amount of time without a move. I think the limit is something like 40 days.
A possible option is to try abandoning the game. The option to abandon a game should be in the menu to the upper right. I'm not sure if it is available to any player, or just the current player. If a player is out of time, they automatically agree to abandoning the game. In a game with no time limit, your friend probably won't be out of time, so this approach might not work.

Thank you, Shivaware. I will wait out the 40 days. If the games don't go away, I'll come back and ask for help again. I don't know how my friend is doing, and I'm reluctant to bug his wife about it, so I may not even know for quite a while whether he pulls through.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he does recover.
The games should disappear after 30-40 days with no moves. Of course you could also concede the game if it is over half way through or quit the game if that doesn't work. But waiting should do it.
