Is there a minimum age to have an account here?

As per the
terms of service, one must be at least 15 to be able to have an account, and have parental agreement if they're still minors.

According to the terms of service: "BGA reserves the right to restrict or prohibit access to the Services by children under the age of fifteen (15) if the prior consent of their parents or legal guardians has not been obtained."

It would seem there are two places where the age of a user is mentioned. I was referring to this one, hence my answer...

If that's the text than that seems to imply that under 15s can have accounts provided their parents approve?

Children under the age of 15 must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to create an account on BGA.
Please also be aware that when they set their birthdays, there are controls in place to protect them. Please make sure your childrens accounts reflect their age. See the forum thread here:

Then perhaps it would be better to change the TOS definitions that I quoted in my previous post to reflect that, to avoid any confusion ?
