Question to everybody.

It takes some time to build a big berserker unit...

you can try to rush to locations for a fast win.
or focus your attacks on it or get a little help from pikemen.

It does indeed look strong.
But literally kills itself in the process.

Haven't played much yet, but does not look all that broken

I have had it show up in a few games, but never had the impression it's power is out of line. Then again I'm not an experienced War Chest player by any means.

It's pretty busted. The ability to maneuver 4 times in one turn is absurd. Best plan is to just try to get them to suicide on pikemen.

- Keep it at distance when possible (Archers/Crossbowmen or Cavalry/Lancer).
- Just outmaneuver it (rush for locations on the other side).

I use an exclusive draft, I always remove the berserk

I don't find it to be excessive power. Bolster heavily on the pieces near it. Make it so that the opposing player has to spend a ton of time bolstering their berserker, and that when they do decide to move it, you have multiple pieces in that area so you can take out the remaining coin.

Also need a strong solo piece on the opposite side, like bannerman or mercenary or light calvary to push strong and fast on the opposing side.

Well, if you're against the berserkers, you just have to loose. That's how the game works.

Nonsense. I win against the Berserker a lot. You do need to draft wisely against it though, and adjust the pace of your game--pick fast moving troops like Mercenary, Scout and Light Cavalry for instance. The Berserker is slow to get going.
