Where can I set, that I don't want to play against one special player?
Is there a possibillity to set a player on a (so called) "no play gainst" - List ?

Don't have a special player in mind yet, just a question because I am curious for a possibillity of this

Sorry for my bad English writing

Just give them a red thumb, that's what they are for

Yes, red thumb them. Personal red thumb is enough.

But for tournament games this will be ignored, so if you join a tournament, you may still be paired against that player.
For Arena games I am not sure. I think I remember to have read somewhere, red thumb is also ignored there, but maybe it was only a discussion about that?

As the others have said, you can avoid a player by giving them a red thumb (except in a tournament). But they have assumed you know what a red thumb is.

In case you don't, you can give a red thumb in at least two ways:
1) Go to their profile page (by clicking on their username or searching for their username in the site search bar in the upper left) and under the "Reputation" heading there is a green and red thumb. Click the red thumb and follow the instructions. Click the option that says "This is my personal opinion" unless you have a specific complaint against this player.
2) After a game ends there are green and red thumbs in the game score summary area. Click on the red thumb and follow the instructions.

And please notice: to avoid misuse, for any red thumb you give, you need to give 5 green thumbs to other players beforehand. So be prepared by giving green thumbs to players you liked to play with!

Doesn't this only apply to public red thumbs?
