Board Game Arena

I have the Lobster licence, which lets me play 2x captains in one turn. When the Captain phase comes, I can click a card from my hand, and click a boat launched, and the card becomes a captain, but then my turn ends! I should have been able to play a second captain. What have I done wrong?

I must have made a mistake. Sorry. Cod licence for launching boats. If I can recall correctly, I could launch two boats.
