We need an ELO filter option for opponent selection in Arena

It's really killing my drive to play this game when my ELO gets chipped down continuously even winning second out of five people. It's absurd. We can select +/- one or more levels above or below, but it doesn't let you filter out JUST the leagues below you, for example. Nor does it let you filter out people with under 200 ELO, lets say.

There is good reason not to allow filtering out only the leagues below you -- it's an unfair advantage.
