Red thumb by game

I'm an active Hanabi player, and I RT a lot of people (privately) because for whatever reason I don't enjoy playing Hanabi (a cooperative game where individual skill level and convention agreement is paramount) with them.
Having said that, for the vast majority of these players, I would have no issue playing other games with them. Especially competitive games. Yet because I have given them a RT (for Hanabi purposes), they are not considered in the pool of available players for any of those games.
So I'd like to request that we get the ability to red-thumb other players for specific games, not globally.
